Snow Removal FAQ's

We are currently able to offer our services to the Fargo, West Fargo, Harwood, and Moorhead areas.
Surprisingly, our equipment makes about 1/10th the noise of a traditional walk-behind snowblower. We are also in and out of your driveway in minutes minimizing the amount of disturbance caused to both you and your neighbours. You probably will not even realize that we are there!
Yes, we can offer service to customers with gravel driveways, however we cannot guarantee that gravel will not be displaced onto your lawn.
Our makers start going up in late October through early November. They will be taken out by early April. If you would like to remove them on your own sooner than that please place them by your garage, and we will pick them up when we come around.
Our pricing is based on the width of your driveway. Rather than measuring the exact size of your driveway we simply base it off a standard size. If your driveway is one car wide it is a single, if it is two cars wide it is a double etc.
Our Drivers are required to report any damages cause to your property on their tablets at the time of the incident. This information is then logged for repair in the spring unless it is of a more urgent nature. Exclusions to this rule include any and all items left in the immediate work area of equipment (i.e. on the driveway). Examples would be extension cords, downspouts, recycling bins, flowerpots/planters, garbage cans, basketball nets, children’s toys. Although our office or driver will usually report damage directly to you at the time of the incident we always encourage you to verify with the office the day after the snow storm as well if you have any concerns.
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to make sure that if any water valve caps are protruding the driveway to contact the city. You will need to request that they send a service technician by to lower the pipe and cap t the level of the asphalt. If the cap is not flush with the level of the driveway it could get blown over into the lawn. Please make sure that the city can take care of this in advance to the first snow fall. Otherwise, once the first snow hits and covers the surface, this issue is not apparent to us and the city may charge you for damages and repairs in the spring.
Although we would love to be able to promise a 7 AM arrival time it would be deceptive advertising. We have no control over when the snow begins our chooses to end. Obviously the later the snow begins the later we will start. In order to predict our arrival time, assume the following. We will wait at least 2 hours for enough snow to fall (at least 2 inches) before we will send our tractors out. You can then add another 4-6 hours onto this time ( if you are at the very end of a route) and this will be the latest you can realistically expect to see us for the first cleaning, Our most common departure time is 3 AM for an overnight clearing in which case all driveway’s are cleared by 7-8AM.
No, the service is the same for every customer the timing is just different depending on the route. Our routes are organized in a way that will deliver service in the most efficient and timely way possible. All customers are treated with equal priority.
